			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Williams team debuted their new challenger with little fan-fare. In fact, they simply went to the track at Valencia, drove out of the garage, and began testing. The team has also been completely revamped; gone are their two previous drivers, Nico Rosberg and Kazuki Nakajima. Gone also is the Toyota engine which has been replaced by Cosworth. Since there hasn&#8217;t been an official launch of the car, there hasn&#8217;t been much information released. Here&#8217;s what information could be found:</p>
