What bothers me is this quote...

&quot;It was a combination of things,&quot; Dunn said. &quot;The fact that he was able to get rid of the body. It&#039;s something you do if you premeditate ...&quot;

It&#039;s almost as if the jury wasn&#039;t deliberating on whether Hans killed her, but rather whether it was premeditated.  Almost as if they had already made up their mind that he had killed her long ago.  What does this juror attribute that to?

&quot;I was looking at his eyes,&quot; the Oakland man said in a telephone interview. &quot;He was faking it.&quot;

Simply amazing.

If I&#039;m ever on trial, I&#039;m wearing sunglasses.</description>
