Summer of Construction

I have decided to begin a project of the journalistic nature. A photo documentary of what is happening to a (once upon a time) small, peaceful, western cow town.
Steamboat Springs is currently undergoing a construction boom that could rival any major city in America. The dust and noise from all of the construction sites, the scaffolding along the sidewalks and the continuous traffic of dump trucks up and down Lincoln Avenue almost makes it feel like a major city in America.
My goal is to document the current stage of construction at the various sites throughout Steamboat Springs. This will include the school projects and the current disaster of the mountain. I regret not having started sooner; before existing buildings were torn down to make way for the new ones. Better late than never.
